Beginning Thursday, March 19, 2020 at 12:00 pm, FSB will provide drive-thru service only at all locations until further notice.
Most things that you do in a branch can be handled at our Drive-Thru facilities, online, through the mobile app or at one of our ATMs. However, if you need additional service, please call your local branch or our main office in Cameron at (816) 632-6641 to schedule an appointment.
We are taking this step to protect our staff, our customers, and our communities. We have planned for events like this and are confident we can continue providing the customer service you know and love, even without you visiting our lobbies. Whether it’s making a deposit, withdrawing cash or taking out a loan, we remain here for you and ready to help.
FSB takes your health and safety very seriously and with the uncertainty of how the coronavirus (COVID-19) will impact our communities, we felt it was important to let you know we are taking the necessary, precautionary steps to help protect our customers and employees.
One of the many steps we are taking for your peace of mind is ensuring we have comprehensive plans in place for the continuity of our operations. We strongly encourage you to use one of FSB's digital tools for self-service banking and 24/7 account access. Each of our eight (8) locations is equipped with a 24-hour ATM. You can check your account balance, withdrawal cash and make deposits. You can also access your accounts online or by using the FSB mobile app at your convenience. From there you can make payments, view transactions, check balances and more. If you must visit one of our banking facilities during business hours, we highly recommend you take advantage of one of our drive-up windows to help limit social exposure.
While it is hard to know how much the virus may impact and disrupt your daily life, FSB will remain vigilant in monitoring the situation closely as it develops, and we will continue to follow the recommendations from the CDC as the situation continues.
